Event overview
This is the question posed by a new national study of teaching and learning about religion and belief in schools in England. Conducted by the Faiths and Civil Society Unit at Goldsmiths, University of London, and funded by the Culham St Gabriel’s Trust. Researchers asked 330 people – employers and teachers, students, and parents in 19 schools what they think should be the purpose, content, benefits and structure of teaching and learning in this area – whether inside or outside RE itself.
