About the Alexander Technique
Alexander Technique is a well-established and highly effective technique that encourages the release of habitual tension, to promote ease of movement, balance and co-ordination which in turn allows for greater freedom when performing or moving. The Alexander Technique is a technique that teaches us how to use our body in a more efficient and healthier way. It is taught individually and anyone can learn it.
The Technique has been around now for over 100 years, having been developed by Frederick Matthias Alexander.
